Working hard to get a raise!
I am currently studying for a test. If I pass the test I get a raise of $1 an hour. Health care doesn't pay unless you are a surgeon, drug company or insurance company. Is there anything you can do to get a raise, other than work hard and ask for one?

Works hard...but even more important work smart! Rockefeller once said, "I'd rather have 1% of 100 peoples efforts rather than 100% of my own efforts." Or something to that nature...
