Finished my taxes and I overpaid = I'm getting a fat refund

Finished my taxes today. I'm going to be getting a good chunk of money back from the government. Actually if I would have figured out my with-holding the right way at the beginning of the year I could have avoided having the government hold on to my money and I could used it for something. What do you do when you get a tax refund? I want to put in savings, but my wife has other plans (a new kitchen).

Today I tackle taxes

Taxes are due April 17th and I'll be away the week after Easter, thus it's time to deal with the necessary evil. I'll be using some online software provided by HRBlock for free and then writing it out long hand and using snail mail.
