New site design

Did some moving around to make the site easier to use. I'll be sorting the archives into different sections. Any suggestions? I finally got the 3 columns to work, and upgraded to the new blogger. There are many places to get free blogger templates and with a little html code know-how you'll be able to have a crisp clean functional site. Did I leave anything out?
