Keep it simple

Don't make things more complicated than they need to be. You don't need to waste your time and energy that way. Set attainable goals, be accountable, and be honest. If you are starting a business, write a business plan (what service or product will your company provide, who makes up your customer base, how do you beat out the competition, what sets you apart from others). A nun told me once that nothing of value is achieved without hard work, and I've found this to be true in my experience.
